NEW BUILD PROJECT MANAGEMENT

Commissioning a bespoke vessel, to design and build to your own personal specification is the ultimate desire for any prospective yacht owner. The process is a substantial and complex project involving many groups and countless decisions. Fraser’s project management division offers invaluable assistance with all new build projects. Working alongside with you and/or your captain, your personal project manager will help at every stage. From choosing a designer, to managing the warrantee process, so all you need to do is plan where to go on your first cruise.

REFIT PROJECT MANAGEMENT

Acting as a liaison between you the client and the shipyard, your project manager will work closely with you to ensure a smooth refit down to the finest detail. Fraser offers refit management services that can include: Coordinating production of refit / works specifications. Obtaining quotations and selecting yards, contractors and parts suppliers. Reviewing and negotiation of refit contractual conditions. On site supervision of shipyard works in progress, monitoring quality, work and timescale in relation to agreed completion date.
